Judy Gooch, MD
Dr. Gooch is board certified in adult and pediatric Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She trained at the University of Michigan where she learned to always demand excellence in her care for patients. She was the Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services at Primary Children's Medical Center and a professor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Utah. She has written many articles on rehabilitation, and taught around the world. She is passionate about helping each person to be the best they can be and to enjoy life after an injury. She loves to bike, hike and ski in the beautiful western mountains. For many years she competed in alpine ski racing. Visiting her two young grandsons in London is a highlight in her life.
Dan Villella, PA-C
After completing his Bachelor of Science in Integrative Biology, Dan went to Syracuse, NY to earn a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to joining the team at Utah Neuro Rehabilitation, he gained experience working in Urology and Hematology/Oncology. In addition to his passion for the health sciences and serving his patients, Dan loves being outdoors, skiing, hiking and camping.
Lisa Andrews
Lisa is a native of Millcreek Utah. She obtained a Bachelor of Science at the University of Utah and a Masters in teaching at Westminster College. Lisa has been involved in administration and accounting at Utah Neuro Rehabilitation and other practices since 2012. She also serves as our medication study coordinator. Lisa enjoys Mountain biking, hiking, and skiing in the Wasatch Mountains. She also performs with an Irish dance group.

Melanie Hankins
Melanie has a love for the medical field. She has worked in hospice, long term care pharmaceuticals, as well as compounding Chemotherapy with Utah cancer specialist. Melanie has 2 boys of her own (which she adores more than anyone!) and has had the great opportunity and experience traveling and living outside of Utah in several different states with them. She absolutely loves working out our amazing patients.

Lindsey Fronk
Lindsey graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Salt Lake Community College in 2019. She fully believes in advocating for patients needs and loves being a part of the team. She takes great pleasure working with our patients and especially loves spending time with patients and their families during clinic events. Lindsey loves spending quality time with her husband and two children.
